Job summary

Quadbridge in Canada is seeking an AI Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders with the AI Center of Excellence. You will gather requirements, translate them into actionable AI and automation specs, and stay engaged through delivery with AI Architects, Application Developers, and Data Engineers.

You will own and prioritise the AI/automation backlog, define success metrics, support UAT, and assist with documentation, change management, and inventory maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as business analyst or similar in tech/AI projects.
• Translate ambiguous needs into structured requirements.
• Familiar with AI concepts and generative AI.
• Experience with requirements gathering techniques and workshops.
• Understanding AI solution lifecycles and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document AI and automation requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Classify use cases and support technical review processes.
• Own and prioritise the AI/automation backlog for COE.
• Define and track success metrics with business owners.
• Support UAT, documentation, and change management activities.
• Maintain AI use-case and agent inventory and act as point of contact.
