Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in a related field.
• Fluency with AI-enabled tools; applying these tools in business contexts is an asset.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how AI solutions support and optimize workflows and outcomes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts and support data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of business process mapping and translation of business needs into actionable AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and identify patterns.

Responsibilities

• Working with cross-functional teams to identify and apply AI solutions to workflows and processes.
• Analyzing workflows to define problems and identify and prioritize AI use cases based on value, impact, feasibility, and risk.
• Coordinating AI solutions by documenting requirements and supporting design, configuration, and rollout with cross-functional teams.
• Contributing to business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation plans.
• Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitoring usage and performance of AI-enabled tools to identify improvement opportunities.
• Helping build user confidence and capability with AI-enabled tools through training, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Staying informed on emerging AI technologies and contributing to the evaluation and recommendation of tools and platforms.
