Job summary

Capco in Canada is seeking a Senior Consultant, AI Operations and Governance to work across business, technology, security and operations teams, standing up end-to-end AI solutions for a leading financial institution.

You will translate complex requirements into operational processes, controls and reporting, support AI lifecycle governance, risk, and regulatory needs, and build readiness documentation with clear stakeholder insights.

Qualifications

• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable operational processes
• Ability to coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations and business stakeholders
• Strong communication for technical, business and senior audiences
• Experience with AI governance, risk and controls in financial services

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to support implementation and readiness of end-to-end AI solutions
• Collaborate across technology, product, security and business teams to ensure design and development align with standards and AI lifecycle requirements
• Support AI governance, risk and control activities including regulatory requirements and incident response
• Develop and maintain operating workflows, SOPs, readiness documentation and dependencies for scale and handover
• Translate program data into actionable insights and maintain dashboards for stakeholders at all levels
