Eventbase is seeking an Engineering Manager, Mobile to lead our mobile engineering team and shape the future of our mobile platform. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management.

You will drive architecture, platform modernization, and AI-assisted tooling adoption while building a high‑performing team and strong development practices. 8+ years in software and 3+ years leading mobile teams are required.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience with significant mobile development experience.
3+ years managing engineering teams.
Deep expertise in mobile development across iOS and Android.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a bonus.
Strong experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of enterprise-grade mobile applications and platform systems.
Architect scalable, secure mobile frameworks and platforms.
Drive architectural improvements and platform modernization.
Develop and maintain engineering standards and reusable architectures.
Evaluate and implement AI-assisted coding tools and workflows.
