You will be the first ever Engineering Manager hired to help scale high-performing engineering teams, shape engineering culture, and drive delivery excellence across a growing technology organization. You will lead the development of modern cloud-native and AI-enabled software platforms, partnering closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to solve complex challenges at scale. This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on both the technology roadmap and the growth of the engineering organization.

The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing software engineering teams in fast-paced product, SaaS, consulting, or enterprise environments.
• Strong technical foundation with experience working in modern software ecosystems including C#/.NET, Python, React, cloud platforms, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Demonstrated success driving delivery execution, improving engineering processes, and increasing team effectiveness.
• Experience coaching engineers, technical leads, and senior contributors through mentorship, performance management, and career development.
• Ability to effectively partner with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to align technical execution with business priorities.
• Comfortable participating in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and strategic engineering decision-making.
• Experience implementing and improving modern software delivery practices including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, testing, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience hiring, scaling teams, and fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Exposure to AI-powered products, AI-assisted development tools, or modern engineering workflows leveraging technologies such as Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar tools is considered a strong asset.
