Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join a fully remote team serving clients across the region from Canada. You will provide empathetic listening, practical guidance, and help clients access resources through secure online platforms.

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain confidential records, and support clients in developing coping strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health support, social work, or counseling.
• Strong understanding of mental health conditions and recovery principles.
• Excellent active listening, empathy, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical, supportive interventions to individuals with mental health conditions.
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and self-management skills.
• Facilitate connections to community mental health services and resources.
