Job summary

A mental health recruitment firm is seeking a Bilingual Service and Implementation Coordinator to support a virtual program across Ontario. The role focuses on helping clinicians and partner agencies with service delivery while ensuring operational excellence. Candidates must be fluent in English and French, hold a degree in a mental health-related field, and have over 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in child and youth mental health or community mental health.
  • Training in evidence-based therapy and conflict resolution.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and diverse communities.
  • Experience with brief or virtual counselling models.

Responsibilities

  • Support clinicians on the platform, ensuring adherence to program policies.
  • Provide ongoing clinician support, including onboarding and training.
  • Coordinate relationships and communication with partner agencies.
  • Assist with program operations and documentation updates.
  • Track key program information and report issues as needed.
  • Track key program information and elevate risks or issues as required.
  • Support cross-team collaboration, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, briefing materials, and ministry-related documentation.

Bilingual Service and Implementation Coordinator (Mental Health)

Hours: Monday–Friday (Rotating shifts between 10:00am, 11:00am and 12:00pm start EST; occasional Saturdays - 1 per month)

Job Summary

The Service and Implementation Coordinator supports a virtual mental health program by assisting clinicians and partner agencies, supporting service delivery, and helping ensure smooth program operations across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clinicians on the platform, ensuring adherence to program policies, workflows, and service standards
  • Provide ongoing clinician support, including onboarding, training coordination, and responding to inquiries
  • Support relationships and communication with partner agencies, including coordination of recurring meetings
  • Assist with program operations, documentation updates, and service delivery support
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to address program, clinician, and platform needs
  • Track key program information and elevate risks or issues as required
  • Support cross-team collaboration, meetings, and stakeholder communications
  • Assist with preparation of reports, briefing materials, and ministry-related documentation
