Job summary

Prime Inc is seeking an Account Manager for a full-time remote role, based in the Ontario/Greater Toronto Area. You will manage high-quality medical communications projects across publication planning, events, medical affairs, digital initiatives, and client programs, working with the Client Services team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of client services experience in healthcare/medical education/advertising/communications.
• Experience organizing and attending scientific meetings (e.g. congresses/symposia/advisory boards).
• Strong project management and delivery skills.
• Relationship development and client handling/networking abilities.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.
• Strategic understanding of project/account objectives and contribution to planning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of leading and delegating.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day client and account management with strong relationships.
• Coordinate timelines with Editorial and Studio teams for clear communication.
• Financial oversight: budgets, revenue targets, account health.
• Identify business development opportunities within existing accounts.
• Produce trackers and status reports to flag overages or changes.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Support strategic development of brands/accounts with the Account Director.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables within timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate regular client meetings with the editorial team leader.
• Monitor projects vs strategy and market developments.
• Incorporate key messages after commercial reviews.
