Job summary

Prime Inc is seeking an Account Manager for a full-time remote role, based out of Ontario/Greater Toronto area. You will manage medical communications projects across publication planning, events, medical affairs and client initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires 4+ years in healthcare client services, strong PM skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Hybrid/Remote working options are available and the position offers competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of client services experience in healthcare/medical education or related field.
• Experience organizing scientific meetings (congresses, symposia, advisory boards).
• Strong project management and delivery skills with budgets and timelines.
• Excellent relationship development and networking abilities.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day client and account management across medical communications services.
• Coordinate timelines with editorial and studio teams to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain budgets, monitor account health, and support revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to proposals.
• Prepare status reports and ensure on-time, compliant deliverables.
• Lead project planning with the account director to align with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate client meetings and ensure messages align with client plans.
