Job summary

Serotina Media Inc. is a Toronto-based social media and digital marketing agency seeking an Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts.

You will translate client goals into clear direction for strategy, creative, and production, ensuring delivery matches the Scope of Work and client needs.

The role supports growth, onboarding, reporting, renewals, and cross-functional collaboration across PM, Creative, Editorial, and Paid Media, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of agency experience in account management or client services.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is required for Quebec accounts.
• Proven track record managing multiple client accounts with strong prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including confident client presentations.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience writing SOWs or proposals and managing scope conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Lead onboarding with Project Management and Creative Strategy.
• Ensure creative output reflects client goals and scope.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee community management and paid amplification.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support proposals and new business pitches.
