Edelweiss Software Group, a Valsoft operating unit, seeks a Managing Director to own the P&L, set strategic direction, and drive profitable growth across its software portfolio. This is a remote, hands-on leadership role reporting to the Managing Partner, with autonomy and support from Valsoft’s investment model and global network.

Qualifications

• Full P&L ownership of a software or technology business.
• P&L accountability of $5M or more.
• Experience leading and developing a team of 10+.
• Has brought new products to market and scaled them.
• Strong commercial instinct across sales, pricing and GTM.
• Can lead across product, operations and finance with sound finance skills.
• Comfort with emerging technologies, including AI.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree is an asset.

• Drive growth by expanding repeatable revenue and refining GTM across markets and channels.
• Steer product roadmaps and bring next-gen products to market with AI help.
• Evolve operating model toward unit ownership and improve end-to-end efficiency.
• Deepen customer value by improving retention and lifetime value.
• Own revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow with disciplined capital allocation.
• Build and develop a high-performing, customer-first organization.
