Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong HR knowledge and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in HR.
• Legally authorized to work remotely in SA.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
• Assist with administration of employee benefits.
• Respond to employee queries on HR policies.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and training.
• Support HR projects and initiatives.
• Conduct basic HR research and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
