Job summary

Kepler Communications Inc is hiring an HR Generalist to support recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and policy development across the organization. The role requires strong HR fundamentals, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field and at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in staffing or recruiting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in staffing or recruiting industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
• Support performance management processes including evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations issues by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work culture.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational objectives.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Assist with payroll processing in coordination with the finance department.
