Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to deliver Tier 1/2 support for end-user devices, apps, and connectivity. The role includes creating documentation, supporting IS projects, and providing both remote and in-person user assistance.

The ideal candidate holds a CS/IT degree, 2–3 years of experience, and strong communication. A hybrid work model is offered with emphasis on customer service and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant Tier 1/2 technical support experience.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and Windows.
• Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive administration.
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience creating technical and knowledge documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess issues by impact and severity and determine appropriate resolution or escalation.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support issues related to end-user devices, applications, and connectivity, escalating where appropriate.
• Provide remote and in-person support to end users.
• Coordinate with end users to provide timely updates and resolution of technical issues.
• Follow standardized operating procedures and support processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Develop user training materials where required.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and end-user experience.
• Participate in team activities and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Support IS projects and initiatives as required.
• Work from the assigned office and provide flexible coverage when required.
