Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join its IS team in Toronto. You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support, help document processes, and contribute to ongoing IS initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–3 years hands-on experience, strong communication, and a degree in IT. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive and Azure Virtual Desktop is expected, with flexible hybrid work.

Qualifications

• - 2–3 years of relevant Tier 1/ Tier 2 technical support experience.
• - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• - Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• - Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and Windows.
• - Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive administration.
• - Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop.
• - Experience creating technical and knowledge documentation.
• - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The expected base salary range for this position is $48,000 – $60,000**.** The midpoint represents our general market target for a fully qualified and experienced individual performing the role. Actual starting salary may fall below or above the midpoint depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skills and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
