Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to deliver Tier 1/2 support for end-user devices, apps, and connectivity. The role includes creating documentation, supporting IS projects, and providing both remote and in-person user assistance.

The ideal candidate holds a CS/IT degree, 2–3 years of experience, and strong communication. A hybrid work model is offered with emphasis on customer service and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant Tier 1/2 technical support experience.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and Windows.
• Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive administration.
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience creating technical and knowledge documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess issues by impact and severity and determine appropriate resolution or escalation.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support issues related to end-user devices, applications, and connectivity, escalating where appropriate.

• Follow standardized operating procedures and support processes.

This role will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to local and remote users, contribute to documentation and knowledge management, and support ongoing IS initiatives. The expected base salary range for this position is $48,000 – $60,000**.** The midpoint represents our general market target for a fully qualified and experienced individual performing the role. Actual starting salary may fall below or above the midpoint depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skills and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
