Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join its IS team in Toronto. You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support, help document processes, and contribute to ongoing IS initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–3 years hands-on experience, strong communication, and a degree in IT. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive and Azure Virtual Desktop is expected, with flexible hybrid work.

Qualifications

• - 2–3 years of relevant Tier 1/ Tier 2 technical support experience.
• - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• - Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• - Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and Windows.
• - Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive administration.
• - Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop.
• - Experience creating technical and knowledge documentation.
• - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• - Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support issues related to end-user devices, applications, and connectivity, escalating where appropriate.
• - Provide remote and in-person support to end users.
• - Coordinate with end users to provide timely updates and resolution of technical issues.
• - Follow standardized operating procedures and support processes.
• - Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• - Develop user training materials where required.
• - Maintain a high level of customer service and end-user experience.
• - Participate in team activities and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• - Support IS projects and initiatives as required.
• - Work from the assigned office and provide flexible coverage when required.
