Fasken is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology, focusing on efficiency and risk management in a fully remote Canada-wide role. You will document requirements, support enterprise software implementations, and drive process improvements in collaboration with lawyers and business services teams.

You will gather and analyze data, engage stakeholders, and facilitate change with training and adoption strategies, contributing to successful technology-enabled outcomes.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in business administration, information technology or computer science, or relevant certifications.
• Five+ years of experience in a law firm, professional services firm or legal technology.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and business transformation.
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with legal technology, document management systems, and Microsoft 365 is an asset.
• Knowledge of business process modelling, workflow analysis and requirements management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot) and stakeholder facilitation.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities
