Job summary

Gowling WLG in Toronto seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge business and IT on enterprise transformation projects across Canada. You will gather requirements, model processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations under the EPMO.

Reporting to the Senior Director, EPMO, you’ll lead agile requirements sessions, document use cases, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a project management Business Analyst in professional services.
• Business Analysis certificate or equivalent training is required.
• Strong stakeholder/relationship management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to deliver exceptional client service using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project/PPM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with JAD sessions, focus groups, and interviews.
• Document detailed process diagrams, business requirements, and use cases.
• Apply agile methods to elicit user stories and prioritize in sprints.
• Manage feature delivery with scrum boards and facilitate meetings.
• Draft BPM workflows and track milestones and testing sign-off.
• Oversee end-to-end requirements development with project managers.
