Fasken is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology within a fully remote role. You will translate requirements into practical IT and process solutions, collaborating with lawyers, business services, vendors, and IT teams to drive efficiency, risk management, and knowledge sharing.

You will gather requirements, redesign processes, evaluate solutions, and support change management.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in business, IT or CS; relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum five years in a law or professional services setting with tech focus.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and transformations.
• Strong requirements gathering and process analysis abilities.
• Familiarity with legal tech, document management, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Knowledge of BPM, workflow analysis, and requirements methodologies.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and Copilot.
• Analytical thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation.
• Customer-service orientation and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, documents, and manages business requirements aligned to strategy.
• Evaluates and redesigns processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Identifies and implements technology solutions to address challenges.
• Engages stakeholders to ensure collaboration and consensus.

• Leads change management and adoption activities for successful rollouts.
