Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business analysis, administration, actuarial mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience, managing complex systems.
• Bilingual in French and English, oral and written.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX design teams and understanding ergonomic and accessible web design.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and contribute to high-level design and estimation.
• Design software solutions aligned with architecture and roadmap.
• Define functional specs and required system changes with the development team.
• Provide technical support and leadership during incidents to ensure resolution.
