You will leverage your knowledge of insurance products, engage with clients, and collaborate with underwriters to secure optimal coverage and pricing. Strong communication and relationship-building will be essential in this high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a high-performing sales environment.
• Active RIBO license in good standing, or willingness to convert OTL license before starting.

Responsibilities

• Grow your business by generating new leads through digital outreach, referrals, networking, and community engagement.
• Understand client needs by conducting in-depth assessments and recommending tailored insurance solutions.
• Deliver competitive quotes using comparative rating tools and insurer portals.
• Negotiate with underwriters to balance coverage and pricing for clients.
• Close new business with accurate documentation in the Broker Management System (BMS).
• Guide clients through policy terms, renewals, and changes in coverage needs.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to strengthen client relationships and retention.
