A leading insurance service provider in Ottawa is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to manage inbound calls and develop customer relationships. You will provide tailored insurance solutions and ensure client satisfaction while actively seeking referrals. This role requires a minimum of one year's experience in personal lines insurance and a RIBO license or OTL license within 45 days. Qualifications

• A RIBO license is required, or an OTL license with the expectation to obtain a RIBO license within 45 days.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in personal lines, automobile, property, and marine insurance.
• Ability to handle customer issues in a pleasant manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for quotes and expand coverage.
• Develop relationships with prospects and respond to inquiries.
