Job summary

HUB International is seeking a self-motivated Personal Lines Insurance Advisor in Oakville, Ontario. You’ll join a fast-paced sales team and build a rewarding career by generating new business, quoting Home and Auto solutions, and delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate is RIBO licensed with 2–5 years in insurance, has proven sales ability, strong communication, and can manage priorities independently while embracing new systems. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• RIBO license required in Ontario.
• 2+ years in insurance/personal lines.
• Proven sales ability in client protection.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication.
• Able to manage priorities independently and learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through self-sourced leads, supported by company-generated call leads
• Quote and sell tailored Home and Auto insurance solutions based on each client’s unique needs
• Deliver exceptional service that builds trust and long-term client relationships
• Underwrite new policies with an eye for risk, pricing accuracy, and coverage alignment
