Job summary

BrokerLink is seeking a Personal Insurance Advisor to join our growing team in Canada. You will service ongoing client needs, advise on insurance matters, and process renewals while selling new policies to both existing and new clients.

The role emphasizes a high level of customer service and professionalism to strengthen client relationships. You will interact with underwriters and adjusters, prepare documentation, and stay current on underwriting rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic is an asset.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service ongoing client needs, advise on insurance matters, assess needs, and process renewals.
• Sell new policies to existing or new clients and retain the book of business.
• Quote new business through outbound initiatives and walk-in client discussions.
• Coordinate with Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policies.
• Prepare documents for insurers and issue certificates; review renewals.
