Job summary

Arrow is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for NIC Components in Canada. The role focuses on managing strategic account relationships, driving margin growth and delivering value-added solutions across the sales cycle.

You will develop customer strategies, manage the quote-to-order process, and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure on-time delivery and quality. The position follows a hybrid work model with some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Salesforce and intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formula, etc.)
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
• Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base, maximize margins and drive value-added solution selling
• Develop and manage customer strategy in assigned territory and engage in supply chain activities
• Oversee Order to Invoice process and ensure Quality processes and POI/inventory integrity
• Coordinate quotation process and price negotiations across stakeholders
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with OTE expectations (base + variable)
