Job summary

LAPP is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support customers and outside sales reps. You will handle RFQs, process orders, and provide technical, solution-oriented assistance while maintaining high client relationships.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, work with SAP for pricing, and aim to improve delivery and profitability. Strong English communication and a proactive sales mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years inside sales experience or equivalent.
• Experience in the wire and cable industry is preferred.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs by issuing SAP quotes based on market conditions and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine action for sales opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between customers and LAPP departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide high-level technical support and reference product data as needed.
• Proactively prospect new customers via outbound calls and reconnect lapsed customers.
• Develop call plans and execute campaigns to grow YOY sales and win rate.
• Follow up on quotations by phone, email, or via Sales Manager.
