Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of generalist HR experience, remote work preferred.
• Strong knowledge of core HR functions: employee relations, onboarding, and benefits.
• Experience with HRIS and standard office productivity tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees across departments.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for remote staff.
• Assist with compensation, benefits administration, and payroll support.
• Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
• Support talent acquisition through sourcing and interview coordination.
• Maintain HR data in the HRIS and ensure privacy compliance.
