Job summary

Solen Software Group is seeking an HR & Benefits Specialist to support benefits administration, HR systems, acquisition integrations, offer letters, and onboarding for employees across the United States, Canada, Brazil, Portugal, and the United Kingdom. The role partners with the Talent Team and portfolio leaders to ensure accurate, timely HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, benefits, onboarding, HRIS support, or related area.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Working knowledge of benefits and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting acquisitions and a global workforce.
• Experience coordinating offers or new-hire onboarding. Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR and benefits integration for newly acquired companies.
• Coordinate benefit implementations, enrollments, renewals, and employee communications.
• Assist employees with benefits, leave, policies, and general HR questions.
• Maintain accurate employee, benefits, and compliance records.
• Partner with brokers, carriers, EORs, PEOs, and local providers.
• Reconcile benefit enrollments, payroll deductions, and vendor invoices.
