Job summary

RBC is seeking a Home Advisor to nurture client relationships throughout the home buying journey. This remote role enables you to provide tailored credit guidance, educate on home equity solutions, and connect clients with RBC colleagues to reach ownership goals.

You will engage with leads, maintain regular contact, and leverage digital tools to deliver a high level of client satisfaction while supporting growth through RBC partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years proven experience in financial services
• Ability to provide complex credit advice including mortgage fulfillment
• change and agile mindset with focus on client experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to nurture relationships
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Digital literacy across devices
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to work remotely from home office with time management skills
• Must meet confidentiality and technology requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide professional credit advice to assist through the home buying journey
• Offer professional advice on home equity financing, personal lending, credit cards and banking solutions
• Establish and update regular contact through systems
• Guide clients through awareness, research, validation, and mortgage decision stages
• Use video-enabled tools, screen sharing and dashboards to enhance the client experience
• Identify growth opportunities and make warm introductions to RBC partners
• Stay up to date with RBC policies and procedures and ensure due diligence
