Qualifications

• 2-3 years proven experience in financial services with mortgage knowledge or credit advisory
• Change and agile mindset with focus on client experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and loyalty
• Excellent communication, time management, prioritization and organizational skills
• Digital literacy across devices (phones, tablets, laptops)
• Flexibility to provide advice during evenings and weekends
• Ability to work independently as a Remote Office Employee (ROE)
• Meet security, confidentiality and private-space requirements of the role

Responsibilities

• Provide professional credit advice to assist clients through the home buying journey
• Offer advice on mortgage fulfillment, personal lending, credit cards and everyday banking solutions
• Establish a regular contact strategy and maintain client records
• Guide clients through awareness, research, validation of financing options and mortgage decisions
• Utilize video-enabled capabilities and dashboards to enhance the client experience
• Spot opportunities and make warm introductions to RBC partners
• Keep up to date on RBC policies and procedures and apply due diligence
