Job summary

RBC is seeking an RBC Financial Advisor to attract, nurture, and grow relationships with high-value personal and small business clients. You will provide proactive advice across everyday banking, investments, and credit, coordinating with RBC partners to meet client goals and life events.

You will work to understand client needs, educate on solutions, and champion digital enablement while maintaining a local community presence.

Qualifications

• Mutual funds accreditation required.
• Quebec Certificate of Achievement for Personal Finance required.
• 1-2 years of proven sales experience in financial services.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Digital literacy across devices (phones, tablets, laptops).
• Bilingual in English and French is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, professional financial advice to personal and small business clients.
• Uncover client needs and deliver client-centric solutions at first point of contact.
• Leverage RBC ecosystem to meet client financial goals across banking, investments and credit.
• Educate clients on complex credit and investments and tailor recommendations to their circumstances.
• Promote digital self-service while offering personalized advice.
