Wealthsimple Inc. in Canada is building a new SMB acquisition engine from the ground up, focused on paid channels, partnerships, content, and community to create demand where none exists.

You will define the channel mix, run a rigorous experimentation cadence, and translate insights into scalable campaigns that feed the sales funnel. This is a hands-on, ambiguity-rich role in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in growth or performance marketing roles with a track record of demand generation.
• Proven ability to design and run growth experiments and translate results into pipeline.
• Comfort with building messaging and channel mix for a new category.
• Experience running webinars, partnerships, and co-marketing to reach new audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Clear written communication to inform cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated use of AI to accelerate work, automate enrichment, and test creative at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Own SMB-specific acquisition: explore and test across channel types, paid media, partnerships, content, community, and more.
• Run growth experimentation cadence with CAC/LTV analysis and scalable campaigns.
• Test positioning and messaging to introduce the category to new audiences.
• Own growth-focused webinars and other programs to reach new audiences.
• Partner with Demand Gen Specialist to align acquisition with nurture and pipeline strategy.
• Embed AI into day-to-day work to accelerate testing and insights.
