Job summary

Alternative Payments in Canada is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to scale paid media and webinar programs targeting MSPs, IT firms, and accounting firms across North America. You’ll own the paid channels, lead webinars, and drive demand generation with AI-enabled workflows in a hybrid Toronto-based role.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, hands-on paid media expertise, and strong collaboration with Sales and content teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth/performance/demand-generation marketing in B2B SaaS with proven scale of paid or webinar channels.
• Hands-on paid-media execution with transparent targeting, bidding, and optimization decisions.
• Strong analytical judgment tracking spend to pipeline and demos.
• Fluency with AI agents and automation in marketing workflows.
• Curiosity, initiative, and solid experimental judgment.
• Ability to coordinate across content, email, social, and Sales and host webinars.
• Ownership mentality with accountability across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn and Meta; set strategy, budget, testing, and reporting.
• Expand the paid-channel portfolio through disciplined experiments, evaluating Reddit and new platforms.
• Own the full webinar program: topics, calendar, speakers, events, promotion, and cadence growth.
• Connect webinars to paid and email demand generation; optimize journey to demo.
• Build AI workflows for research, planning, experimentation, and operations.
• Collaborate with Sales to review demo quality and drive follow-up on campaigns.
• Work in two-week sprints; manage backlog and adapt next sprint.
• Partner with Demand Gen and content on landing-page improvements.
