Job summary

Wealthsimple, Canada’s leading financial innovator, is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead for the SMB segment. You will own net-new customer acquisition, build the acquisition engine from the ground up, and run experiments across channels, content, and partnerships.

You’ll work with AI-driven tools to accelerate testing and scale successful campaigns. You’ll shape messaging and programs to educate SMBs about Wealthsimple Business, collaborating with Demand Gen and analytics teams to drive pipeline

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in growth or performance marketing.
• Experience building and running growth experiments: channel tests, funnel optimization, CAC/LTV analysis.
• Comfort operating in a segment or product with limited brand awareness.
• Experience running net-new-audience programs (webinars, partnerships, co-marketing).
• Analytical mindset: use data to diagnose funnel problems and prioritize opportunities.
• Clear written communication: translate test results into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate work: lead enrichment, scale creative testing, derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Own SMB-specific acquisition: test across channel types, paid media, partnerships, content, community.
• Run growth experimentation cadence: CAC/LTV analysis and funnel experiments
• Test positioning and messaging for new audiences
• Own webinars and programs to reach new audiences
• Partner with Demand Gen Specialist to feed nurture and inform acquisition focus
• Embed AI into day-to-day workflows to move faster and test more
