Marketers On Demand is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead the client's marketing function. This hands-on senior role blends strategic leadership with day-to-day execution where you'll stay involved in the work that matters.

The role is hybrid in London, ON and/or remote for the GTA, offering Ontario-wide flexibility. A bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years in growth marketing are preferred, with strong SEO, paid search, and email expertise.

MoD is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead our client's marketing function. This is a hands-on senior role combining strategic leadership with direct execution where you'll stay involved in the day-to-day work that matters.

The role is based out ofLondon, ON (hybrid) and/or GTA (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own their integrated growth marketing strategy, from lead generation and paid acquisition through to retention and re-engagement
• Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team while remaining hands-on with strategy, execution, and continuous optimization
• Build disciplined, data-driven approaches to SEO, paid search, paid social, email, and emerging AI-enabled marketing capabilities
• Lead digital advertising strategy and optimization across channels
• Lead SEO and lead-generation strategies

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 7-10 years of progressive marketing management/leadership experience
• Strong expertise in growth marketing, demand generation, and digital acquisition across organic search, paid search, paid social, and email channels
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, search strategy, GEO optimization, conversion rate optimization, analytics, attribution, and A/B testing
• Demonstrated experience with website strategy, CMS platforms, landing pages, content strategy, and digital project leadership
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team while remaining willing and able to step into execution when required

Salary Range:$80,000-$100,000 plus bonus
