ICUC/iProspect Moderation services, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to lead top client relationships and drive retention and growth across global brands.

You will collaborate with revenue and operations teams in a fast-paced, virtual environment to deliver moderation, engagement, insights, and creative strategies that maximize client value. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, strong social media knowledge, and the ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in social media management, ideally in an agency setting with enterprise clients.
• Proficient in managing organic social media; experience with paid social is a plus.
• Familiarity with community management, planning, and reporting for large brands.
• Strong written and verbal communication with engaging presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Account management for major brands, serving as primary client contact.
• Grow value and retain clients through regular reviews and strategic updates.
• Present insights and new ICUC products to clients, guiding adoption.
• Lead social media projects set-up and implementation as needed.
• Maintain Salesforce Opportunities and Projects, assist with proposals and SOWs.
• Collaborate with media, creative, and PR partners; contribute to new business pitches.
• Work with senior management to shape ICUC's strategic offering.
• Maintain client satisfaction and meet retention and upsell targets.
