ICUC is a global social media solutions leader with 350+ staff across 35+ countries. The Client Success Manager drives best-in-class account management, retaining and expanding client relationships by aligning ICUC products and services with client goals.

You will collaborate with revenue and operations teams, manage complex projects, and present strategic recommendations to executives, ensuring high client satisfaction in a dynamic virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of social media management experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in managing organic social media.
• Experience with paid social strategies preferred.
• Familiarity with Sprinklr, Khoros, and Sprout.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel for onsite client visits.

Responsabilités

• Account management for major brands, acting as primary client contact.
• Grow the value and long-term value of assigned accounts.
• Deliver regular client reviews, status meetings and presentations.
• Advise clients on social media strategy with Strategy and Insights teams.
• Assist in setup and implementation of social media projects.
• Keep Salesforce Opportunities and Projects up to date.
• Collaborate with media, creative, PR and other client agencies.
• Contribute to new business pitches.
• Help leadership shape ICUC’s strategic offering.
• Maintain KPIs and retention targets.
• Support upsell targets and client satisfaction.
• Ensure cost efficiency across client accounts.
