Job summary

Pest Share, a fully remote B2B SaaS company, is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and scale our products. You’ll work across the stack—from UX to robust backend systems and influence architecture decisions.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software, improve development workflows, and ensure systems grow in a cohesive, scalable way.

Qualifications

• Significant experience building modern web applications (frontend and backend).
• Proficiency in a frontend framework (React/Vue/Angular) and a backend language (Node.js/PHP/Java).
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and system design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical depth with business priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain user-facing features and backend services that are scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Collaborate across teams to define technical requirements and deliver end-to-end product experiences.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decisions about frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across the stack.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize application performance on both client and server sides.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to improving developer experience through tooling, CI/CD enhancements, and process improvements.
• Participate in peer reviews, share knowledge, and help foster a strong engineering culture.
