Job summary

CoverGo is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide the design, implementation, and maintenance of our SaaS insurance platform. You will mentor developers, drive innovation, and ensure scalable, secure solutions across front-end and back-end technologies.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software, optimize performance for large datasets and traffic, and maintain strict coding standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with SaaS applications.
• At least 2 years in a lead/manager role guiding teams.
• Strong backend with .NET Core/C# plus GraphQL and MongoDB.
• Frontend proficiency in JavaScript and Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Experience with microservices, clean architecture, and TDD.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software, providing technical direction.
• Advise on technology choices, architecture, and best practices for front- and back-end.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Optimize performance for large datasets and high traffic with a responsive UX.
• Lead code reviews and promote coding standards across the team.
• Address bugs promptly to ensure platform reliability.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance in web applications.
• Stay updated with latest technologies and guide the team to stay competitive.
• Design the platform for scalability and future feature growth.
• Mentor junior developers and drive team growth.
