CoverGo, an Insurtech market leader, is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide the design, implementation, and maintenance of our innovative SaaS platform. You will provide technical direction to the team, ensuring scalable, secure software solutions across front-end and back-end technologies.

You will mentor junior developers, drive best practices, and collaborate with product, design and engineering to deliver an exceptional user experience for a global customer base.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Full Stack experience in complex SaaS apps.
• Minimum 2 years in lead/manager role guiding teams.
• Strong backend with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and maintenance of insurance SaaS platform.
• Provide technical direction across frontend and backend technologies.
