Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer in SaaS or B2B software.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript with a frontend framework (React/Vue/Angular).
• Solid backend experience and API design (RESTful or GraphQL).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and writing efficient queries.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and automated testing; strong problem solving.
• Excellent communication in English; French is a plus for a Montreal-based team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack features across the platform from database to UI.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code; participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to system design decisions and evolve our architecture as we scale.
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues, bugs, and incidents.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales to translate client needs into tech solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence.
• Participate in sprint planning and continuous improvement of practices.
