Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company in Canada, is seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager to lead an enterprise integration and automation platform. You will own the roadmap, define APIs, and collaborate with architects to deliver scalable, reliable systems in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will translate complex business needs into actionable platform initiatives, align with data infrastructure, and drive AI-enabled automation strategies across multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in technical product or platform management with infrastructure ownership.
• Ability to write or review OpenAPI specs, event schemas, and API contracts.
• Experience with API design, versioning, and integration architecture.
• Experience leading platform roadmaps serving multiple internal teams.
• Strong stakeholder negotiation and executive communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools for research, prototyping, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the platform roadmap to support scalability and expansion.
• Consolidate demand across services into a single intake and prioritization process.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Member Experience, Commercial, and Corporate functions.
• Make technical product decisions on APIs, versioning, and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on system design and boundaries.
• Articulate a platform strategy with business value to executives.
• Align integration architecture with data lakehouse and data mesh capabilities.
• Define requirements for MCP servers and AI agents in the ecosystem.
• Contribute to scaling an Integration and Automation Engineering team.
