Locala is seeking a Senior Support Account Manager to be the primary liaison for internal customer support requests related to our internal DSP and connected ad tech stack. You will guide campaign management, ad ops best practices, and DV360 integration to help traders meet client KPIs.

In this remote-first role, you’ll partner with product, engineering, and customer success to resolve issues, train new traders, and share knowledge across DV360 and external DSPs in a fast-paced programmatic

Formación

• 4-5 years of experience in Ad Tech / Programmatic industry
• Solid hands-on knowledge of DV360 (campaign/line item setup, targeting, bid strategy, floodlight, reporting)
• Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystem components: DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, header bidding, PMPs/deal IDs, and data/tracking flows
• Core ad ops concepts: trafficking, tag implementation and troubleshooting, discrepancy analysis, viewability, brand safety, and campaign QA

Responsabilidades

• Internal Support & Expertise: be the go-to expert for internal trading teams, supporting campaigns on our DSP and external DSPs like DV360
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues across campaign setup, delivery, pacing, performance, tracking, and reporting
• Performance Optimization: identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and suggest platform features or strategies for DV360 and other DSPs
• Process Improvement: collaborate with product, engineering, and ad ops to address bugs and develop training materials and best practices
• Knowledge Management: maintain up-to-date knowledge of our tech stack, DV360, and the broader ad tech landscape
