1Password LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager to lead digital journeys across onboarding, activation and growth in a remote North America role. You will design, launch, and optimize campaigns, define lifecycle milestones, and translate customer signals into measurable interventions, collaborating with Product, CS, and Data teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Digital Customer Success, Lifecycle Marketing or related SaaS fields.
• Proven ability to build scalable lifecycle campaigns with measurable impact.
• Experience creating scalable campaigns, workflows, or journeys.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages.
• Ability to translate signals into campaign strategies and interventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with CS/marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and improve digital customer success campaigns across onboarding to growth.
• Build scalable journeys using content-led interventions and targeted human engagement.
• Identify signals and friction points across the lifecycle.
• Translate insights into triggered programs guiding customers to the next step.
• Draft and optimize customer-facing communications.
• Monitor program performance with metrics like activation, engagement, retention, expansion, churn.
• Use A/B testing and cohort analysis to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, CS Ops, Content, and Voice of Customer teams.
• Build dashboards and reporting to track program health and surface insights.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign creation, analysis, experimentation, and optimization.
