Directive is a remote-first marketing ops leader helping B2B SaaS and tech firms grow. We seek a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own CRM architecture, lead routing, attribution, and the MarTech stack, partnering with sales, finance, and leadership to drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

You will be the one building workflows, ensuring data integrity, and presenting insights to executives while shaping the ops strategy for a growing marketing team.

Formación

• 5+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar B2B go-to-market systems.
• Advanced Salesforce admin skills and deep HubSpot experience.
• Hands-on with lead routing, attribution, and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Own CRM architecture across Salesforce and HubSpot: objects, fields, validation rules, Flows, and sync logic.
• Run lead routing end to end across LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Own attribution strategy and offline conversion tracking across ad platforms.
• Report full-funnel performance weekly/monthly and maintain dashboards.
• Protect data integrity with deduplication, validation, and enrichment.
• Manage email marketing end-to-end and optimize deliverability.
• Build and optimize inbound/outbound programs with cross-channel tools.
• Manage MarTech stack budget, renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Train teams on Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong; keep documentation current.
• Design the pipeline with stage criteria and forecast-aligned goals.
