BREAKDOWN SERVICES OF CANADA LTD. is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to learn all aspects of our services and assist clients in the film/TV industry. All team members work remotely and must reside in British Columbia.

The role covers customer support via email, phone and chat, proofreading, training users, and coordinating with casting teams. You will stay current with product features and provide a cohesive support experience across offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for Actors, Talent Representatives, Casting Directors and Filmmakers.
• Email, phone and chat support.
• Liaison with Casting regarding their projects.
• Proofread, write and copy edit.
• Outreach, seminars and demos: train new users and participate in educational seminars and events.
• Provide technical support and instruction on how to navigate our site and services (one-on-one and to larger groups).
• Work with our other offices to provide a cohesive customer support experience.
• Stay up-to-date on new product features, and site improvements.
