CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Junior Consultant, Production Support (T & I) for a hybrid/telework role based in Montreal. You will provide active technical support for broadcast management applications, analyzing recurring issues and coordinating with development and Business Technology Solutions teams.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in CS or IT-related diploma, 2 years coordinating a tech team, and strong English/French bilingual communication. Travel within Canada is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT field.
• Two (2) years coordinating a technical team in a user support center.
• Knowledge of broadcast management applications (OnAir, WO Program, Cognos, Livelink, ScheduAll, RRT, MRO, etc.).
• Knowledge of the broadcast business domain related to Radio and TV systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) an asset.
• Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, Remedy) an asset.
• Bilingual French and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel within Canada.

• Coordinate special projects (e.g., updating station work method).
