• Identify additional client needs (such as post and transportation).
• Verify correct billing information with the Credit department.
• Document detailed contact and technical information.
• Work with Sales team to identify possible opportunities.
• Working within a small team environment, assisting with daily office and warehouse task.

ARRI Rental, the premier rental house for professional motion picture Camera and Lighting equipment is looking for a Client Contactto work in our Vancouver, Canadaoffice.

We are seeking someone who is most comfortable in an environment of multi-tasking and can offer superior customer service.

We seek a creative, self-motivated individual with 2+ years of relevant experience,

familiarity with professional film, digital, and post-production equipment necessary,

previous sales experience a plus. Willingness to cover duties in other departments as needed. Canadian Citizenship Required.

Main areas of responsibilities for this full-time role include:

• Establish and maintain excellent communication with camera crew and production offices.

The compensation range for this role within our group is $32.00 to $36.00 Hourly CAD. Please keep in mind that compensation offered for this role will be dependent upon an applicant’s level of experience and current applicable skill set.
