Job summary

CoSA VFX Vancouver is seeking a seasoned VFX Production Coordinator in British Columbia. This role supports a fast-paced, collaborative remote production environment across episodic and feature projects.

You will take notes in daily sessions, coordinate client ingest and deliveries, and assist with note-taking, tracking, and communication with artists, clients and producers. Strong organization and proactive communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take notes during daily sessions and client meetings
• Coordinate and execute client ingest and deliveries
• Create bid documents from established templates
• Manage and mentor production assistants and interns
• Address questions from clients, producers and other stakeholders
• Review shot tracking assignments and ensure status is up-to-date
